And Babies Make Six

This page is dedicated to our kitties, Nani and Mele. They are hypo-allergenic cats, a phrase which brings to mind wrinkly, grey-skined, hairless creatures. On the contrary, our cats are very long-haired, but they hardly shed. Ha! Just kidding! We’re constantly fighting an epic battle against cat hair.

Nani
Nani (which means “beautiful” in Hawaiian) is a grey tabby. She is the oldest at six years old. She likes playing with fake mice and watching birds through the window.

Mele
Mele (which means “song” in Hawaiian) is the baby at five years old. She likes kneading her paws on crocheted blankets, and being first in line for the food bowl.
